Quick start with the e-contract signing system

🚀 Getting Started

Register Account

  1. Go to Registration Page
    Click the "Sign Up Free" button at the top right
  2. Fill in Basic Information
    Enter email, password, name and other required information
  3. Verify Email
    System will send verification email to your inbox, click the link to verify
  4. Start Using
    After verification, you can login. System will give initial bonus points

Notes: New users receive free bonus points upon registration, enough to experience the full contract signing process!

📄 Create Contract

Upload PDF Contract

  1. Enter Contract Management
    After login, click "My Contracts" → "New Contract"
  2. Fill Contract Information
    Enter contract name and description (optional)
  3. Upload PDF File
    Select or drag PDF file to upload area (max 10MB)
  4. Set Signature Fields
    Mark positions requiring signature or input on PDF preview

Instructions: Click and drag on PDF preview to create fields, you can adjust size and position.

📬 Send Signing Invitation

  1. Select Contract
    Click the contract you want to send in the contract list
  2. Fill Signer Information
    Enter signer's name and email (optional ID number for verification)
  3. Set Validity Period
    Choose signing link validity days (default 7 days)
  4. Send Invitation
    After clicking send, system automatically sends signing invitation email

Enterprise-Grade Security: Signers must pass email OTP verification before signing to ensure identity authenticity.

✍️ Signer Guide

Recipients of signing invitations (signers) don't need to register an account, just follow these steps:

  1. Open Signing Link
    Click the signing link in the email
  2. Verify Identity
    Enter your email and receive OTP code to complete verification
  3. Read Contract
    Carefully read the PDF contract content
  4. Fill Fields
    Sign or fill text at designated positions
  5. Confirm Submit
    Check the agreement statement and submit
  6. Download Copy
    After signing, you can download the signed contract copy

Warning: Signing links have time limits, please complete signing before expiration. If expired, ask the sender to resend the invitation.

📊 Manage Contracts

View Signing Status

On the "Sent Signings" page, you can view all sent signing invitation statuses:

Download Signed Contract

After signer completes signing, you can download PDF with electronic signature from "Sent Signings" or "Signed Contracts" page.

Electronic Signature: Signed PDFs contain X.509 digital certificate and timestamp, signature validity can be verified in Adobe Reader.

🔗 API Integration

This system provides REST API for external system integration, enabling automated contract sending and status queries.

How to Use

  1. Generate API Key on "API Management" page
  2. Add X-API-Key in API request header
  3. Send requests according to API documentation format

Note: Sending contracts via API costs the same points as web operation, deducted from your balance.
