👤 Account

How to register an account?

Registration is simple:

  • Click "Sign Up Free" button at top right
  • Fill in email, password and basic information
  • Check email for verification link and click it
  • After verification, you can login

Upon registration, system automatically gives 100 points for you to try.

What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on login page, enter your registration email, system will send password reset link to your inbox.

Reset link is valid for 24 hours, please complete reset promptly.

What if I didn't receive verification email?

If you didn't receive verification email, please check:

  • Spam or promotions folder
  • Confirm entered email address is correct
  • Wait a few minutes (email may be delayed)

If still not received, click "Resend Verification Email" on login page.

📄 Contract

What file formats are supported?

Currently system only supports PDF format contract documents.

If your contract is Word or other format, please convert to PDF before uploading. Most office software supports "Save as PDF".

File size limit is 10MB.

How to set signature fields?

After uploading PDF, you'll enter field setup page:

  • Select field type on left (signature, text, date)
  • Click and drag on PDF preview to create fields
  • Adjust field size and position
  • Set label name for each field

Click "Save" when done.

Can I modify created contracts?

Yes! Click "Edit" in contract list to modify field settings.

Note: Already sent signing invitations won't be affected, only new invitations will use updated settings.

Can I delete contracts?

Yes, click delete button in contract list to delete the contract.

Warning: Deleting contract will also delete related signing records and cannot be undone. Signed PDF files will be preserved.

✍️ Signing

How to send signing invitation?

Select contract to send in contract list, click "Send for Signing":

  • Enter signer's name and email
  • Optional: fill ID number (for enhanced verification)
  • Set signing link validity days
  • Click send

System will automatically send email with signing link to recipient.

What is OTP verification?

OTP (One-Time Password) is a one-time verification code used to confirm signer identity.

When signer clicks signing link, they need to receive 6-digit code via email and enter it correctly to proceed with signing. This ensures the person is actually operating.

Verification code is valid for 10 minutes.

Does signer need to register?

No! Signers only need to click email link, complete OTP verification and can sign - no account registration needed.

What if signing link expired?

If signing link expired, you can find that record on "Sent Signings" page and resend signing invitation to recipient.

Resending creates new signing link, old link becomes invalid.

Can I cancel sent signing invitation?

Yes. Find that record on "Sent Signings" page and click "Cancel".

After cancelling, signer cannot use that link to sign. Completed signings cannot be cancelled.

💰 Points

How are points charged?

We use points-based billing, simple and transparent:

  • Create Contract: 20 points/contract
  • Send Signing: 5 points/time

New users receive 100 bonus points upon registration, enough to experience full process.

How to buy points?

Points purchase feature is currently under development. For high volume needs, please contact customer service.

Can points be refunded?

Used points cannot be refunded. For special cases (like system errors causing duplicate charges), please contact customer service.

Do points expire?

Currently points have no expiration date, you can use them as long as your account exists.

🔒 Security

Does electronic signature have legal effect?

This system uses X.509 digital certificates for signing, meeting basic requirements of electronic signature law. Each signed contract contains:

  • Signer's exclusive digital certificate
  • RFC 3161 timestamp (proves signing time)
  • Complete evidence chain (IP, browser, operation time, etc.)

These mechanisms effectively prove "who signed what content at what time", with evidentiary value in business disputes.

For highest legal validity, using government-issued citizen certificates for signing is recommended.

Is my data secure?

We take data security very seriously:

  • All transmission uses HTTPS encryption
  • Passwords stored using industry-standard hash encryption
  • Contract documents stored on secure servers
  • Your data is not shared with third parties
How to verify signed PDF?

Open signed PDF in Adobe Acrobat Reader, verification info will show in signature field. Click signature to view:

  • Signer information
  • Signing time
  • Whether document was modified
